We offer standard delivery within 1-2 business days across all emirates. For orders placed before 12 PM in Dubai and Sharjah, same-day delivery may be available.

Souq Emirat accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most domestic orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain hygiene-sensitive categories are excluded from returns.

Are the products on Souq Emirat authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and verified suppliers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking link. You can also track your status via the 'My Orders' section in your account.

Do you offer international shipping?
