At Souq Emirat, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Souq Emirat account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
